He somehow, with pretty much NO track record - a horrible stint with the Raiders and a less-than-stellar season with the Vols - has managed to get one of, if not THE best Coaching position in College Football. I don't know what this guy is doing, but he must be a rock-star at selling himself behind closed doors. <br><br>It does prove that RESULTS aren't everything - that being a likable/persuasive person (which I guess he is) can go a long long way. Growing up in Tennessee - I know the UT fans feel pretty betrayed, and rightfully so, but good for Lane for getting people to buy into whatever he is selling.<br><br>Will he do well at USC?
